I often have vivid dreams. My dreams are usually very strange, too. Last Saturday I had a dream that a female relative was getting married. Her good friend, Johnny Weir, was coming to the wedding and it was my job to help to greet him and make him feel comfortable and welcomed. I was panicking because I'm a fan of his. And then he needed to change and I didn't know if he would be okay with changing in the bathroom and not some place swankier. Some women appeared and started to assist him and usher him into the bathroom. I knew I was supposed to help him, but they seemed to have it under control so I went into the next room.
Once there I recognized a desk and remembered I was still at work. Mind you, it wasn't a desk at which I have ever actually worked, or an office that I have been in. But in my dream, I knew it was my desk. President Obama came up to me asking for help with his blackberry. An application he needed had disappeared. I found it in the deleted files section and restored it. He seemed very happy and went along with his day. I knew he was the President, but I also felt very confident that I was equipped to help him and I felt no nervousness in his presence.
See what I mean about strange? Johnny Weir makes me way more nervous than President Obama. If only I could have a professional dream interpreter on call to help me figure them out.
Happy dreaming everyone! And share the craziest ones with me, please.
