Trivia night

Last night I was introduced to Fat Cat Bar & Grill by my friend Catherine. She had been a few times and enjoyed the exotic summer drinks they offered. It turns out every Wednesday night is Trivia Night. A bartender named Adam comes up with 10 random questions of trivia. He tries to incorporate different themes: sports, music, movies/tv, literature, current events, etc. There are three rounds, it takes over an hour and it's completely free. Oh yeah, and it's super fun!

There are some serious players and one team had 6 people. Catherine & I did pretty well and we were proud of our performance. Unfortunately, we didn't place in the top three. In the future, however, I hope her husband, Chris, and my husband, Neal, can join us. Perhaps with our combined power, I mean knowledge, we can win! Wish us luck. And don't be too vocal about spreading the word; I don't want that much competition.
